We build the operational processes and systems that allow asset and property managers to spend less time on administrative tasks and gain greater control over vacancies, lease expirations, and rental income. This isn’t a standalone IT project, but rather a single external operational team that acts as an extension of your organization and is responsible for your Salesforce and Wunderbricks environments, process optimization, and data quality.

Commercial real estate providers operate in a challenging market. Rising financing costs, more discerning tenants, ESG regulatory pressures, and selective liquidity call for operational efficiency and agility. Yet, in practice, too many valuable hours are still lost to fragmented systems, spreadsheets, and manual processes.
The reason: tenants' specific requests, search criteria, and agreements are not recorded centrally, but are scattered across email inboxes, Excel spreadsheets, or in colleagues' heads.
The result:
You end up matching tenants to the wrong properties, leading to slow deals, longer vacancies, and tenants who leave quickly. Furthermore, when staff turnover occurs, you immediately lose that knowledge, and incomplete files expose you to financial and legal risks during mandatory background checks.
The cause: procurement agreements, contracts, and expenditures related to financing, maintenance, and sustainability initiatives are not systematically documented and centralized.
The result:
You lack the insights needed to tightly manage rising costs. You’re directly losing money, your margins come under severe pressure, and you’re unable to truly improve the performance of your portfolio.
The reason: the process—from intake and negotiation to the handover of keys and the lease term—consists of separate stages, resulting in the absence of a combined tenant and property profile.
The result:
Commercial tenants have to explain their situation over and over again at every point of contact—whether it’s regarding maintenance, sustainability, or service charges. This costs your organization an unnecessary amount of time and causes significant frustration for the tenant in the professional relationship.
You don’t want to reinvent the wheel; you want to work with a partner who won’t walk away once the project is over. With our Salesforce template for real estate providers, we efficiently combine real estate and contract management powered by Wunderbricks with the leasing funnel, customer engagement, and portals powered by Salesforce. Our Salesforce Operations team acts as an extension of your organization.

Step 1 — The Design
We’ll start with our predefined blueprint based on Wunderbricks and Salesforce. We’ll walk through the lease cycle and discuss the handoff between acquisition, management, and finance. We’ll define the parameters that make your portfolio unique and prepare for implementation.

Step 2 — Construction
Now it’s time to get technical. We’ll configure our real estate template and set up integrations with the other systems. We’ll prepare the data, set up the dashboards, and get the system ready for use. We’ll wrap things up with thorough training and guide you through the implementation process.

Step 3 — Continuity
We don’t walk away after implementation—we remain involved. We help generate the right insights, maintain the system, ensure data quality, and add functionality as needed. If legislation changes—such as regarding ESG reporting—we’ll make sure the system adapts seamlessly.
The lease cycle narrows when the contract is signed and then widens again to include management, service, and renewal. Underneath that lies the blueprint: the core processes of commercial real estate, built on Salesforce and Wunderbricks—with highlights showing what’s already available on the platform.

Promoting available square meters and attracting the right target audience. From a single platform, you can manage campaigns and leads so that every square meter is visible to the party that’s the best fit.

Identifying specific tenant requirements—square meters, electricity, ESG, BREEAM, layout—and using that information to find the right match. All preferences and criteria are kept in mind, so you can quickly propose the most suitable property.

Site visits, the letter of intent (LOI), due diligence, and anti-money laundering (AML) checks. Documents, agreements, and statuses are all in one place, ensuring that the process leading up to the signing is well-managed and compliant.

Move-in, fit-out, technical acceptance, and registration on the tenant portal. Tasks and statuses are clearly assigned to ensure that the start of the lease period goes smoothly and without surprises.

Tenants can live worry-free. Fast and transparent management of maintenance, service fees, and sustainability initiatives—reports are processed through automated workflows, and tenants can view the status in the portal.

This episode of “At the Table with BRITE” explores the operational and technical challenges in commercial real estate—from fragmented portfolio data and lease expirations to tenant retention—and the decisions behind them in our blueprint for Salesforce and Wunderbricks.
Can't find your question here? Feel free to ask it during an introductory meeting.
We offer both models. For second-line support, BRITE serves as the point of contact for application management, but we also provide first-line support for employees—both by phone and on-site.
Salesforce is a platform that combines property management (Wunderbricks) and customer engagement (Salesforce) into a single data model. A lease agreement is linked to both a unit and a tenant relationship: from a single screen, you can view the rental income, indexation, and expiration date alongside all contact points and notifications.
We compared the costs of Salesforce with those of Microsoft-based alternatives on the market. Our analysis shows that the costs are comparable.
Salesforce doesn’t make buildings more sustainable, but it does provide the framework for managing renovation and maintenance projects—including purchase invoices and budgeting. Because all real estate documentation is centralized, regulatory reporting (such as under EPBD IV) and communication with regulators and investors become much simpler.
