We regularly offer training opportunities in the basics of Salesforce Developing, with the prospect of further training and gaining employment experience. We do this through a 2-week Developer bootcamp, and upon successful completion, you could get a 6 month contract, which could lead to a permanent position in our team.
What is Salesforce.
An “in the cloud” solution for companies to store customer data, which can then be used to manage customer relationships. Salesforce is a Customer Relationship Management tool.
Who is BRITE.
BRITE is a Salesforce implementation partner. We combine sound CRM advice with proven Salesforce-based solutions. Our consultants and developers implement marketing, sales, service and partner management solutions based on Salesforce and seamlessly integrate it with the rest of the client’s application landscape.
Our clients (large international companies to fast-growing start-ups) tend to stay with us for a long time. We handle the implementation of large projects, but also offer a flexible pay per use model for small-scale but continuous improvement of the customer environment.
Who are you.
You do not need any experience with Salesforce for our bootcamp. Of course you do have an affinity with coding, you like to solve puzzles/issues and you speak Dutch and English at a professional level.
You like the challenge of learning the basics of Salesforce within a short period of time, so that you can get a flying start and start working for a customer right away. Initially, of course, this is under supervision.
What’s in it for you.
We prioritize personal growth and offer a fun work environment where everyone is equal and where their ideas are heard. Based on submissions, we will invite 4 candidates to attend a 2-week boot camp at our Utrecht office (travel expenses will be reimbursed).
If successful, we offer a 6-month full-time contract with a starting salary of €2500 gross per month (travel expenses will be reimbursed). During this period you will grow and slowly turn into a consultant who can solve tasks independently. We offer a flexible combination of working in the office and working from home.
After those 6 months, we re-evaluate if we are still a good match, if you are still happy and what salary is appropriate.
About the bootcamp.
You might be thinking; can you start working as a Salesforce Developer after just two weeks? This is certainly not the case. These two weeks give you the chance to get an idea of the core Salesforce systems in the first week, and in the second week you dive deeper into programming with Apex, the Salesforce programming language.
At the end of these two weeks, you will complete an assignment. Based on this, you can get a 6-month contract with BRITE.
How you can participate.
The next bootcamp has not been confirmed yet. Once the dates are confirmed, we invite you to solve a Salesforce issue. Of course, you will be taken through this step by step with all the necessities for this assignment. It should take 2-3 hours on average. There is also a bonus assignment available, it is not mandatory but of course you can make an extra impression with this!
