1. Our Data Philosophy
At Brite, we use data to drive relevance. We process personal data to optimize our B2B services, tailor our communication to your professional interests, and ensure the security of our digital platforms. We rely on Legitimate Interest and Contractual Performance as the legal basis for these activities, ensuring a balance between your privacy and our commercial operations.
2. Data Collection & The “Soft Opt-in”
When you interact with us, we collect the data you provide (such as name, email, company, and quiz responses).
- Interactive Tools (ScoreApp): When you use our scorecards or quizzes, we process your answers to generate a personalized report/score. We use this profile to understand your specific business challenges and contact you with solutions directly relevant to your results. This processing is necessary to deliver the service you requested.
- Salesforce & Pardot: We use Salesforce (CRM) and Pardot (Marketing Automation) to store your data. If you have shown interest in our services (e.g. by taking a quiz or downloading content), we will add you to our database to send you relevant information. You are not “subscribing” to generic spam; you are entering a professional dialogue. You can opt-out at any time via the unsubscribe link.
- Profiling: We combine the data you provide with your historical behavior on our website. This allows us to build a profile of your professional interests so we can stop sending irrelevant info and start oTering solutions that matter.
3. Digital Tracking & Third Parties
We move beyond simple functional cookies to use advanced marketing technologies.
- Tracking Cookies (Pardot): We use cookies to identify you when you return to our site. This helps us understand your journey from a first visit to a loyal customer.
- Ad Networks (LinkedIn & Google): We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag and Google Ads tracking. These tools allow us to show you Brite advertisements on other websites based on your previous visits to our site (Remarketing). Technical data (IP address, device ID) is shared to enable this matching.
- International Transfer: Our partners (Salesforce, ScoreApp, Google, LinkedIn) may process data in the United States. We rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), which certify that these providers meet European security standards.

We do not hoard data. We apply strict retention periods:
- B2B Commercial Data (CRM): Personal data related to professional relationships isretained for the duration of the commercial relationship. If you are inactive for 36 months, we will delete or anonymize your profile.
- Quiz & Assessment Data: Data collected via ScoreApp is retained for 24 months to allow for year-over-year benchmarking, unless you request earlier deletion.
